DMCA NOTICES FILED ON ALEXAND VANTELLII am sure lots of people are hearing the gossip that is sweeping the grid about
Alexand Vantelli.
Alexand has had
DMCA action filed against him by several of second life’s finest shoe designers because some airhead, who I have met twice is randomly stopping random people, well one that I know of and offering a box containing a selection of shoes. The shoes have been stolen, have been packed into a prim that is no copy. Even thought the contents are no transfer and are able to be passed or sold.
You will all see from the picture above, that the prim box, containing the shoes was created by
Alexand Vantelli. The shoes in the box however are not created by
Alexand they are still with the original creators names and still all have the original permissions.
Alexand has been accused of using a
copybot to do this terrible
sl crime, yet this is not the work of a
copybot.
I got to inspect the box and not because the accusers showed me it. I went straight to the girl who is offering it for sale and told her to drop it on the ground and let me see it.
When I went to Alexand he told me that he makes full permission gift boxes and sells them in sl. I checked this out and this is true. I went to some of the accusers with this and they told me that they are 100% sure that Alexand was responsible for ‘Stealing and Copybotting’ as they have full chat logs of him admitting this fact. Sadly no one at Slinworldtoday.com got to see these chat logs or any other evidence. I am hoping someone comes forward with something.
I was told by one of the accusers that LL had been sent the chat logs and they would deal with it. That was on Sunday and Alexand is still able to log in. He has also requested the evidence against him and hasn’t been shown. Just for the record LL can check all conversations for authenticity, when sent with tickets.
The accuser told me that she is unable to speak about the matter as it is the hands of the DMCA, although it appears that a lot of people on the grid have been spoken to about it and have also been informed of the evidence, but bizarrely no one has actually saw it. All they have been told is that a box, with Alexand’s name on it, is full of shoes.
What has also struck us as being very odd is that the girl who is circulating and offering the shoes for sale hasn’t heard one word from anyone about this. This convo took place yesterday. Raulz Bryon is the guy she claims who gave her the box.
When
rezzed the shoes appear to jump out of the box. We have inspected the box for scripts and none of us can tell how this happens.
If anyone is reading who can explain this strange phenomenon, because we all know things just don’t jump out of prims, please let us know.
