This past weekend was a time for tears, a time for laughs, and a time for things that go click click crash in the night. It was also a time for the grand opening party for the new A.C. Store's main location, but just as I was about to leave the Modavia party to go to the A.C. Store party, Dea Mills started telling us a rather provocative tale.



As previously reported, Dea Mills has stepped down from her position as Modavia's CEO due to RL issues. Modavia's new CEO, Poptart Lilliehook, had a little going away party for her on Saturday, at the Modavia building at the Costa Rica Town Square.

Miss Mills, while fun and friendly, has always been one to avoid scandal. On this evening, she decided to throw caution to the wind, explaining that since it was her last official night in SL, she might as well go out with a bang. The bang in question was a story about the RL Dea Mills, the fountains at the RL Las Vegas Bellagio Casino, a police officer, and a time of around 4:30 A.M. She decided to play coy after she managed to get our ears perked up. I decided to "ad lib", since she wasn't going to finish the story or provide any scandalous details, so I figured that the cop must have been a woman, and the action in the fountain was probably similar to what someone would see on the "Playboy" channel.

Almost forgot--Barbarella Fuosing and Manu Reggiane announced their engagement. I don't know if this means it will change her status as "Miss" United Kingdom, or if the impending nuptials are going to be shotgun or non.



Later on Saturday evening, we all got together and celebrated the RL birthdays of two of SL's most dangerous bitches, Maddox DuPont and Blazin Aubret. The party was held at the upstairs party room at the Hollywood Gestures main store, and the theme was Golden Days Of Hollywood--or something like that.



Like most of you, I, too, am enjoying the new SL. It's so nice that the little scum sucking bastards at LL decided it's a good idea to make us go "click click CRASH" when in busy sims. I didn't get any good pictures of the birthday bitches, but I got this great shot of Blazin's killer ass. Maddox and I were on alternate crash schedules, so I didn't get any shots of his killer ass, unfortunately. Pimp Daddy Kirk probably got plenty of shots of Prim Whore Maddox's ass, so I'm sure he felt adaquately attended to.



HarMonica Aabye was about to choke on her own saliva from laughing so hard. She decided to go as Costa Rica Sims CEO Giancarol Takacs for halloween. /Me makes mental note to turn off the beacon I keep on the real Mommy Dearest whenever I am taking interface shots of him. I have to know where he is at all times, so that I can delete any wire hangers, or textures larger than 512px, when I see that he is within rez distance.



On Sunday, we all headed over to the Studio Red sims for the "In Darkness" party. This was an enormous extravaganza, built by SL's gonzo set designer, Maddox. I would like to thank Yelmer Pfeffer of AlphaMale, one of the sponsors, for giving me this super slutty getup. I had to dye my own cuffs to match, though, and I broke dress code by wearing shoes. Good thing I wore a mask--nobody recognized me. This was actually taken at my workshop before the party. I had crashed so many times at the actual event that I didn't get any pics of the really great costumes.



One of the few shots I got, and people weren't even rezzed. I gave myself the title of "Studio Red SkankWad", because I am secure enough with myself to be able to poke fun at myself and laugh about it.



I did manage to get a pic of the costume contest winner, Lazrith Fardel. I don't know if his first name is supposed to be like "Lazarus" with a lisp. If so, then I think Azu and I decided it should have been something like "Lathrith", or maybe "Lathirith." Regardless of proper lisping or not, he took home the big dinero, and surprisingly his ARC was only like 400, or maybe it was 2000, but what do I know? I'm a technical airhead. I just remember it was less than that of Risa Bright, and Risa wasn't even wearing her trademark extra big flexi hair.

This was an amazing party, full of the regular SL "society" types, and lots of new faces. Check out the Flickrs of people like Xochi Tolsen, Boe Cortes, Sharron Schuman, Myndi Meredith, Anessa Stine or Azu Catteneo. I'm not sure if they have any pics posted on there yet, but if anybody is going to, they would be likely to be the ones to do so. The party was awesome and Halloween Season 2008 has officially begun.
