Demerick did investigate but to my astonishment he investigated three days after he posted the article. Why would a reporter post an article and then go out and investigate the facts?
I am not the worlds greatest reporter, but even i know the saying, "check yourself before ya wreck yourself".
Demerick went to speak to the builder who had designed and built DI, so that he could dig enough dirt to carry on the attacks on the DI owners, their friends and associates.
Sadly all he got was a virtual slap in the face because the builder did grant him an audience and sent him a response, so it could be posted in the blog. However it wouldn't have been what he wanted, so, it didn't get published. If it had been posted, Inv would have been mortified.
So since it is a bit of a scandal, I have received permission from the builder, and its what I do best, I am gonna post it instead. I suppose i have to just in case Demerick forgets.

Hi, I'm a staff writer for inV and I'm trying to clear up a rumor that's come up since we published a blog entry about DEVILinside's closing. There's been a rumor going around that you were never paid for the build of the club. I'm trying to keep this ethical (as ethical as a blog with open comments can be) so I'm working to verify what is said. Do you feel comfortable sharing if you were responsible for the build and if you received payment in full? I can accept your answer from you or anonymously or I will respect if you would prefer to stay out of it. I know this is a touchy area for many. Thank you for your time.

Ive read your notecard, and id like to answer about this matter once for all.
I dont know you, and in fact i dont have to answer something which is private and about a deal between me and one of my clients. However i am also tired of these rumours: i read that blog, and im surprised how many lies can be said about something that no one is entiled to know or discuss. Also, i wonder how one can say things he dont know anything about. For what i am concerned, Ayor Action is a honest and respected business man.
i want to make this statement now , and once for all:
-Ayor Action contacted me about his project -We discussed about it and agreed on details-I had the opportunity to design and build freely, which is not so common, and with a reasonable amount of time-Term of payments were agreed in advance, and fully respected by Ayor action-The job has been paid in full, as agreed, and on time-I have built Devil Inside on my own, as i always do on every project-I did not use Devil Inside design for any other clubs, certainly not for my club: im a known and respected professional designer, my custom works are unique and the design is not used for any other projects whatsoever.

After reading this, I am sure all who have witness the disgraceful behaviour over at invdaily will agree that it wasn't very professional of Demerick not to post this. Why wasn't it posted?
Anyway, its fortunate for all that I am here to get these things cleared up.There just isn't enough said about me.
