This past Friday, or maybe it was Saturday, I can't remember, Zachh Cale celebrated his rezday. Karima Hoisan hosted a little party for him at her stud ranch, and we all took turns riding the bull. Zachh looked very brokeback mountainesque (not) in his very nice blue suit, and Sabein Streeter seemed to enjoy the whole Daisy Duke/Calamity Jane look she was rawkin. This was a smaller, more casual affair than what we're usually used to seeing in Costa Rica, so it was nice to be able to hang out with friends and not be trapped in a lag hole.
The Costa Rica Sims Security Chief showed how well he can ride 800lbs. of solid muscle. I guess all that surfing he does taught him how to stay on a swell 'til the end. Felicity seemed especially interested in how long he could last.
Innocent? Demure? Conservative? Colleen? Maybe, but then again, maybe not. She was the only one to score behind the fence.
On Sunday afternoon, Ebony Style CEO Patty Cortes kicked off the grand opening (well, OK, she said it was a "great", not "grand" opening, but she's French, so maybe it was not really "grand", just "great", to her)of her latest endeavour, GLANCE. I'm not sure what all GLANCE entails, but I'm pretty sure it includes the shopping district we were in, which was built by Pearlie Pedro (Glam World, Emery Main Store, amongst others).
Kurvy Rhode, a.k.a. Miss SL Ebony 2008, graced us with her presence, as well as modelled in the show.
This appeared to be a new look for Celebrity Trollop, or maybe just new to me. All the ladies were sporting some fresh, shorter hairdos, but I don't remember who the designer was. I do remember the name had a "heart" in there somewhere. Thank gawd this isn't a fashion article.
As soon as I was ready to snap a pic of all the ladies together, Kurvy decided her 15 were going to end exactly on schedule, which was about a minute or two before my own schedule. I hope she doesn't mind being shot from the back.
Over in the corner, skins designer Kira Ahn was shakin her thang with DJ Kromus, who provided the musique for the event. He was there with a little posse of his own, which was House of Gestures Queen (just call her hog queen, she loves that) Blazin Aubret, and Madison "look, Rawly, my cucci really is in the wrapper this time" Canetti.
The fashions modelled were from Baiastice, and Sissy Pessoa did attend the show. I don't remember any other details, so if you need to know something, Patty says it's perfectly OK to contact her at any time.
